Juan Jose Reyes

Juan is the founder of Mindstay, a company that provides mindfulness-based programs to manage stress and anxiety. Juan is a Board Certified physician and a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher by the UCSD Mindfulness Professional Training Institute. He has also trained by the University of Massachussets Center for Mindfulness in Healthcare, Medicine and Society founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, as a meditation teacher. He has been practicing meditation since 2006 after completing a ten day Vipassana retreat with the teachings of SN Goenka. Juan has attended several silent meditation retreats and traveled to Nepal and Bhutan to expand his knowledge of meditation and mindfulness practices.

  • What if I have a question about the course?

    You can email the instructor at any time with your questions to juan@mindstay.com . You can also check the discussion area in the course.

  • What is the bi-weekly call?

    Every two weeks there is a live call with the instructor. These sessions usually include a 30 minute meditation and 45 minutes for discussion or Q/A. These sessions are only for course participants.

  • Do I have to join the live coaching sessions?

    No, you don't have to. The live sessions are included in the price but they are optional to attend.

  • Can I download the guided meditations to my phone?

    Yes. It is recommended that you do. You can use them anytime you want.

  • I am having issues buying the course
